Description

Overview:
Catmint is a hardy, aromatic perennial in the mint family, prized for its long flowering season and its ease of care in a sunny border. This variety, ‘Cat’s Pajamas’, is a compact, ball-shaped form that flowers from soil to tip in a haze of indigo blue, holding its colour from late spring right through to autumn.. It is an easy fit for the front of a border, a gravel path edge, or a sunny pot on a balcony, and its soft grey-green foliage pairs beautifully with roses, salvias or ornamental grasses. Being one of the smaller catmints, it’s especially useful in compact South London gardens where space is at a premium.

Plants supplied in a growers pot, decorative pot not included.

How to Grow:
Plant in free-draining soil in full sun, and don’t be surprised if the local cats take an interest, it’s a relative of catnip. Shear back after the first flush of flowers to encourage a strong second bloom, and cut the whole plant back close to the ground in late winter as new growth begins.
