A striking Dutch iris, Iris hollandica ‘Purple’, produces elegant, deep violet blooms with a golden flash at the centre of each fall. Flowering in early summer, these tall, graceful plants bring rich colour and sophistication to borders, cutting gardens, and seasonal arrangements.

How to Plant & Grow

• Plant from September to November before the ground freezes.
• Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-drained soil.
• Plant bulbs 10cm deep and space 8–10cm apart.
• Water well after planting and during dry spells in growth.
• Allow foliage to die back naturally to feed bulbs for the following year.
