Over the course of an evening, you’ll delve into the microworld of terrariums, guided step by step by Rosa, our botanical specialist and plant obsessive. You’ll get hands-on with a beautiful glass vessel and a carefully chosen selection of plants, discovering how these little ecosystems work and the fascinating story behind them.

No experience needed. Whether you’re curious about plants, looking for a relaxed evening with a pal, making connections with new friends or after a genuinely fun date-night activity, this one’s for you. You’ll leave with new botanical knowledge and a beautiful creation!

Everything you need is provided on the day:

• A generously sized glass terrarium vessel (approx 19cm X 19cm x 19cm)


• Substrates, drainage materials, and decorative elements


• A curated selection of plants to choose from


• Use of all tools and equipment

We are moments from Denmark Hill/Camberwell Green bus stop on routes 35, 40, 42, 68, 148, 176, 185, 345, 468 & 484, and just a 10-minute walk from Denmark Hill Overground and Mainline Train Station

• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours


• Arrival: Please arrive at 6.30 for registration and your welcome drink


• What to bring: Just yourself!

Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions

We want everyone to have a great experience with us, so here’s what to know if your plans change:

• Within 24 hours of booking – full refund, no questions asked.


• 14+ days before your workshop – we’ll transfer you to another date, subject to availability. Email us to arrange.


• Under 14 days before – we can’t offer a refund or date transfer, but you’re welcome to pass your ticket to a friend. Just let us know their name in advance.

 

In the rare event we need to cancel a workshop, we’ll give you at least 7 days’ notice where possible, and always a minimum of 48 hours. You’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date. To cancel or transfer, email us at bloomworks.store@thenunheadgardener.com.

We often have a photographer in our workshops, just let our team know if you’d prefer not to be photographed.
