Lead visual merchandising, stock planning, and a small team in our flagship Nunhead store. A hands-on management role with plants, people, and presentation at its heart.
HOME INTERIORS DEPARTMENT
Proactive, friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic Houseplant and Homeware Advisor wanted to work in our South East London Stores.
Good working knowledge of Indoor plants and how to care for them alongside fantastic customer service skills are a prerequisite for this role.
Warm, approachable, energetic and enthusiastic Weekend Cashier wanted to join our team in our South East London plant shops.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get started in a plant shop environment, with plenty of learning and opportunities to progress. You’ll be the welcoming face of the store, providing a smooth and friendly checkout experience while supporting customers and the wider team.
The role is Saturday and Sunday, 12 – 4, perfect for someone looking for a weekend position in a vibrant retail setting.
FLORISTRY DEPARTMENT
Lead our floristry team across Bloom Works and our South East London stores, creating beautiful, seasonal work for shops, weddings and events. A hands-on role for an experienced florist ready to shape a growing, creative department and mentor a small team.
GARDEN DEPARTMENT
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Garden Centre Assistant to join our team for the season. This hands-on role includes supporting customers, processing plant and stock deliveries, caring for plants, and helping keep the garden shop looking its best. Plant knowledge is a bonus, but a positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in are essential.
HEAD OFFICE VACANCIES
Join The Nunhead Gardener as our new Planting Installations & Projects Lead. A hands-on role mixing client care, project coordination, and a passion for plants, with the chance to grow into a senior position as this division expands.
Join our installations team delivering beautiful plant projects across London — combining hands-on planting, logistics, and client-facing work.
Perfect for someone passionate about plants, practical work, and being part of a fast-growing horticulture business.
WAREHOUSE VACANCIES
Join our warehouse team to keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll handle deliveries, organise stock, prepare store replenishment, and drive our van between locations. This is a hands-on, physical role with plenty of variety, supporting installations and seasonal peaks while working closely with our store teams.
