Why We Love It

Few plants capture the romance of spring quite like the English bluebell. Their graceful arching stems, topped with clusters of scented bells, bring both colour and fragrance to the garden at a time when many other plants are just waking up.

Ideal for naturalising, Hyacinthoides non-scripta spreads gently year after year, forming ever-larger drifts of blue. Plant them in shady spots beneath trees, along pathways, or mixed with other early spring bulbs for an authentic woodland effect.

How to Plant & Grow

• Choose a partially shaded spot with moist, well-drained soil.
