French tarragon is cherished for its delicate aniseed flavour, essential in classic dishes like béarnaise sauce and perfect with chicken, fish, and eggs. It’s a compact, elegant herb that rewards regular harvesting with fresh, aromatic leaves throughout the growing season. Planting & Care Tips:
