The Nunhead Gardener Loyalty App

We love our customers! You are at the heart of our little green world, and it’s thanks to your wonderful support that we’ve been able to flourish.

We’re excited to let you know that our Loyalty Programme, is now digital through the Nunhead Club App. The physical card is still accepted, but the app makes earning and redeeming rewards easier than ever! Free to join and simple to use, it’s our way of saying thank you for your support.

How To Sign Up to The App


Whether you are an existing Loyalty Card account holder or brand new to our  programme – registering with the app takes just a minute or two – your card will be live instantaneously and you can start growing your points straight away. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Download the app (see section below).
  2. Tap “Register.”
  3. You will be asked if you have a loyalty account?
    • Yes: Tap “Yes, I do” to sync your existing card. You will need to fill out your name, Loyalty Card Number, and then create a new password. If you can’t locate your Loyalty Card number please email enquiries@thenunheadgardener.com
    • If you are new to our Loyalty Card tap “No, I don’t” and enter your details to become a member.

Once you have entered your details you will see your card straight away – add it to your wallet by tapping ‘More’ in the top righthand corner.

How To Download

There are a number of ways to download the Nunhead Club app to your phone – tap here if you’re an Apple user, or here for Android. Alternatively – choose between the two QR codes below, to scan and take you to your device’s app store.

How It Works

  • Earn Points – 3 loyalty points for every £1 spent in-store

    • Each point = 1p

    • Use points as part or full payment on future purchases*

  • The Nunhead Gardener Loyalty Card can only be used at The Nunhead Gardener stores.
  • 1 Point = 1p when redeemed against eligible future purchases.
  • Points cannot be redeemed against gift vouchers, gift cards or online purchases.
  • In order to redeem points a minimum balance of 500 points must be in your account.
  • Points can be used as full or part payment.
  • When redeeming points, these will be deducted from your total points balance. The remaining rewards points balance will be shown on your receipt.
  • Reward points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
