Description
Helleborus ‘Pretty Ellen White’ is a clump-forming semi-evergreen perennial which produces a single white flowers sometimes with a faint green or pink blush and occasional light spots from late winter through to spring.
Unlike some other Hellebores, the flowers hold their heads up so you can see them and despite their dainty appearance, they stand up well to the winter cold. It has large, leathery, deep green, semi-evergreen leaves and makes an attractive groundcover plant for dappled shade, particularly useful for under-planting deciduous trees and shrubs.
Perfect for bringing a magical touch to the winter garden. Like all Hellebores, they dislike being moved once established so try to limit any movement of the plant and don’t divide.
