Description

Compact, quirky, and beautifully translucent, Haworthia cymbiformis is a small succulent with chunky, boat-shaped leaves that look like they’ve been sculpted from jade-green glass. A slow-growing gem that brings texture and calm to any space.

Plants supplied in a 8.5CM growers pot, decorative pot not included.

Key Features & Care:

  • Light / Position: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Tolerates some direct sun, especially in the morning, but prefers protection from harsh afternoon rays.

  • Water / Feed: Water sparingly – allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Feed with a diluted cactus fertiliser once a month in spring and summer.

  • Temperature / Humidity: Prefers warm, dry conditions. Keep above 10°C and protect from frost.

  • Pet / Child Friendly: Non-toxic – safe for pets and children.

  • Air purifying: Mildly air-purifying – helps improve indoor air quality.

  • Growth / Spread: Forms tight rosettes up to 8–10cm wide. Slowly produces offsets over time.

  • Geographic Origins: Native to South Africa.

Care tips

Use a well-draining cactus or succulent compost and ensure its pot has proper drainage holes. Avoid letting water sit in the centre of the rosette. Perfect for windowsills, shelves, or desks – especially if you’re a forgetful waterer or short on space.
