Why We Love It
‘Romance’ brings a soft, romantic glow to late winter and early spring gardens. Its delicate yellow petals open wide in the sunshine, creating little pools of light in lawns and borders. Naturalising easily, it multiplies year after year, forming cheerful carpets of colour.
Compact and versatile, it’s ideal for planting in grass, rockeries, or containers by the front door for a welcome sign of spring. Combine with snowdrops, iris reticulata, or other crocus varieties for a layered seasonal display.
