Crassula Marnieriana – (Jade Necklace)
Description
If you’re a fan of indoor succulents, this unusual Crassula Marnieriana may intrigue you. Also known as the Jade Necklace Vine as its worm-shaped strings of thickly compacted leaves trail over the edges of the pot. Though not tolerant of scorching sunlight, moderate sunshine stimulates this Crassula to produce attractive red edging on the grey-green leaves. The Jade Necklace Vine looks superb when displayed in a hanging pot or an ornamental planter. Supplied in 5cm and 11cm growers pots.
Light: Enjoys bright light. Can handle direct sunshine but not the scorching midday sun. an east or west facing windowsill taht provides some morning or evening sunlight is perfect for this succulent.
Water: Water the plant thoroughly, ensuring all of the water drains out of the drainage holes. Allow the soil to dry out before rewatering.
Fertiliser: During spring and summer, monthly feeding with a diluted liquid fertiliser solution will help to keep this succulent healthy.
Toxicity: Crassula leaves and cuttings can be harmful if eaten by pets or humans so please keep out of the reach of children or pets. Also please wear gloves if you have sensitive skin.
