Description

Aloe Vera is a succulent plant with fleshy, green leaves that contain a gel-like substance known for its medicinal properties. This plant is easy to care for and is often used for its health benefits.

Supplied in 12cm and 15cm growers pots.

Plant Care Tips:

Light: Aloe Vera prefers bright, indirect light. It can also tolerate some direct sunlight, but too much can cause the leaves to turn yellow or brown.

Water: Water the plant deeply, but infrequently. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings, and make sure the pot has good drainage to prevent waterlogging. In general, watering once every two weeks is sufficient.

Fertiliser: Aloe Vera does not require fertiliser, but can benefit from a balanced, low-nitrogen fertiliser once or twice a year during the growing season (spring and summer).

Toxicity: Aloe Vera can be toxic to pets if ingested, so be sure to keep it out of the reach of children and pets. Additionally, the gel inside the leaves can be used for various health benefits, such as treating sunburn, but it’s important to do your own research or consult a healthcare professional before using it for medicinal purposes.
