In its native climate, the Polka Dot plant is technically a shrub, and is typically classified as a perennial herbaceous shrub. Indoors the plant will typically adhere to the standard, expected perennial cycle and maintain its lush appearance all year long.

 

How to care for your polka dot plant

Water: Likes to have moist soil at all times.

Light: You will get the best colour from your polka dot plant when you keep it somewhere with low lighting.

Humidity: Regular humidity is sufficient.

Temperature: They enjoy warmth, about 20 degrees C.

Pot size: 8cm

Origin: South Africa, Madagascar, and Southeast Asia
